Testimonials

Babies do better when they have their family nearby, visiting frequently and able to bond during those crucial first days/weeks/months. Caiden's Hope has allowed some of our parents to do just that. Without Caiden's Hope, many of our families would not be able to visit their babies, since they are flown into our hospital sometimes from over 150 miles away. We hope Caiden's Hope will be around for many years to come and can get the funding needed for such a great organization!

What an incredible nonprofit! Financial burdens are often overlooked when families are going through such a hard time. Having someone think of you and helping with your responsibilities while your child is in the NICU is amazing!

Our daughter was born at a hospital 60 miles from our home, and spent over 5 months in NICU before coming home. Caiden’s Hope helped with gas cards & hotel vouchers to help us travel and be closer to the hospital. It is a wonderful organization.

Caiden's Hope helped me so much when my preemie son was in the NICU. Originally, my mother had used the last of her money and put me up in a hotel NEXT to the hospital, which was crazy expensive. But I had no vehicle and I didn't want to leave my son for 14 days!! I felt so bad, wondering how my mom was going to pay for her bills, then my social worker from the U of U told me about Caiden's Hope.
I contacted Caiden's Hope and literally the NEXT day they helped put me up in a hotel WITH a shuttle to and from the hospital. They EVEN refunded my mother's money she spent on a hotel she couldn't afford.
I've never been so grateful!! My son is wild, smart, kind and my whole world.
THANK YOU CAIDENS HOPE. I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND HOW MUCH I APPRECIATE WHAT YOU GUYS DID FOR ME AND MY SON!!

NICU mom

The birth of our daughter was a whirlwind of activity. In less than 24 hours we were transferred to a hospital 2.5 hours away from home, had an emergency c-section, became parents to our 1lb14oz premature daughter. With no questions asked caidens hope sent us a gift card that helped us with gas and food. We were at a point where we were trying to figure out how to make ends meet and still be there for our daughter.

I just wanted to write and thank you for helping us with a hotel room. Our daughter was born early at 25 weeks and we live 120 miles away from the hospital. It was nice to be able to stay so close to her for four nights and not have to worry about a bill. Thank you so much!

Thank you for sending us gift cards to help with our gas, food, parking. It really means a lot to our little family knowing so many people are thinking of us and supporting us. Thanks again.

Thank you for helping one of our NICU families with funds for transportation. Your foundation's generosity is much appreciated. Wishing you all the best in this new year!

Both my husband and I would like to thank you and the Caiden's Hope Foundation for the $75.00 gift cards for Shell gas station. The gas gift cards will really help us so much since we drive back and forth daily to see our daughter in the NICU at Kapiolani Medical Center. Thank you greatly and God Bless! Aloha.

My name is Kamilah Simmons and I am the mommy of Christian Walter Simmons. He is currently 3 months old (born on November 8, 2012). We (my mother and I) have relocated to the Ronald McDonald house in Birmingham, Alabama from Gadsden, Alabama to be with Christian.
Christian was born at 41 weeks' gestation with breathing complications. I had a perfectly healthy pregnancy with him up until my 35th week when I was injured on the job and fell on my stomach. I rushed to the ER and was monitored for 3 hours and checked out fine, but I believe my injury had a major part to do with Christian's condition. We have been tested for a lot of things and all tests have come back negative or normal so we will be residents at the RMH for a while. It is not easy being here with Christian because we want him home, but I am just thankful and blessed that he is still alive! I would not have it any other way! My mother and I really appreciate your organization for covering the cost of our room for the rest of February and all of March! You all are a Godsend and I am very grateful to you all! Thank you so very much! I will keep you posted on our progress!
